Shibori Fashion

The fusion label LIZOBIRD was founded by Birte and Lisa, two designers with a mutual passion for colours, patterns, and Shibori, a delicate and detailed dyeing technique from Japan.

They also share a keen interest in fair trade and sustainable textiles, which led to a collaboration with a fair trade project in India. Washing instructions - see below.

Ever since, they've been creating unique pieces of homewear linen and clothing with a distinct, pastel colour feel to them... The best part? Each piece is different!
